Hi, I’m Slimane Aniss,
a film and animation director with a passion for bringing stories to life through images and movement. I studied graphic design and animated cinema at ESAAB and ESAAT, and since then I’ve had the chance to work on some amazing projects. I directed the teaser for Baïdir, developed the teaser for La Sterne, and most recently, I directed Twilight of the Gods for Xilam and Netflix, a series created by Zack Snyder. Beyond my work, I’ve always been deeply inspired by Japanese animation, which has shaped my artistic vision and storytelling style. What I love most about animation is the freedom to create entire worlds and characters from scratch, and to share emotions that connect with people everywhere. For me, each project is a new adventure, and I’m always excited to keep learning and pushing creativity further.
